Our team offers a combined 35+ years of land surveying experience within the Central Florida area. Areas We Serve
We provide mortgage Surveys and residential Surveys in the following counties:
Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Volusia, Polk, Flagler and Brevard.
We can also provide quotes for parcels with acreage, metes and bounds legal descriptions, and commercial properties. When requested or approved, we can complete an Elevation Certificate for those properties located in a flood zone. Upon completion, our clients will receive a Signed/Sealed electronic original PDF of the Survey drafted with our AutoCAD software.
